Ed Matthews is one of just a few attorneys in Minnesota who is also a Certified Public Accountant. Ed graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul and served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. He also served as a law clerk to the Minnesota Supreme Court during its 2003–2004 term. He has represented individuals and closely held businesses in litigation and corporate governance matters.
